Requirements:
4-8 years of experience designing consumer products in high-growth environments with an IC background, can balance a high level of product strategy with hands-on work, and act with speed and precision, and can drive a strong culture.
Expertise and/or formal education in design and its elements of hierarchy, layout, colour, proportion, balance, typography.
A strong portfolio demonstrating their passion for the craft.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web frameworks.
Experience with building teams and design systems (preferably at a consumer startup).
Thrives within a cross-disciplinary team in a remote environment.
Has knowledge and experience in the blockchain/web3 space.
