About the Opportunity
As a Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for SKYN® and LifeStyles®, working cross-functionally with sales, finance and supply chain teams to execute winning strategies in the North American market. Your CPG experience will be invaluable, giving you a distinct advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities
Own brand strategy
- ensure consistent positioning and execution across all consumer touchpoints. Manage brand P&L and marketing budgets
- ensure profitability and efficiency. Leverage data & insight
- strong experience with Numerator, panel data, vendor management, distributors and promotions is a MUST. Develop and execute go-to-market plans , including media, partnerships and promotional strategies. Required Qualifications
Have experience in a large, leading consumer goods (CPG) company and understand best-in-class marketing practices. Have 5+ years of consumer goods brand management experience. Have a strong analytical foundation - experience using panel data, Numerator and distributor insights. Are a go-getter, dedicated, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile. Love innovation and new product launches, working closely with R&D and marketing teams. Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, private equity-owned environment. Please Note
