Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple franchise locations Create social media content on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reporting on KPIs, ROI, and lead generation Collaborate with operations, sales, and local franchise leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while supporting local customization Assist with website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing automation Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred 18 years or older Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a multi-location or franchise environment Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CRM platforms preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
