Position Summary:
The Proposal Coordinator will support the Revenue Operations Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluation, proposal creation, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) analysis. The Coordinator will provide an in-depth review of RFP opportunities, participate as an authority in go/no-go decisions, facilitate cross-functional communication during the proposal process, and offer administrative support as related to the RFP or FOIA processes. The ideal candidate will possess technical writing skills to produce proposal documents of winning quality, ultimately facilitating revenue opportunities for EverDriven as part of the sales and business development department. Salary Range:
$70,000–$80,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential Location:
Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. How You Will Make an Impact
Proposal Support Support the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates. Assist department leaders with communication during the entire proposal process; coordinate meetings, calendars, and deadlines across multiple internal departments. Manage and meet strict deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal team. Resolve escalated issues arising from operations requiring coordination with other departments. Assist in managing the FOIA and competitive intelligence processes. Adapt proposals based on competitive intelligence findings to ensure information is competitive. Use competitive intelligence data to recommend improvements to products or processes to respective department leaders. Contribute to continuous improvement of system mapping for proposals and FOIA processes and streamline SOPs. What You Will Bring to EverDriven 3+ years of professional experience in business proposals or grant writing. Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
