R101677## Dealership:L0564 Ultimate Airstreams# **Ultimate Airstreams**### Now Hiring: Experienced RV Cabinet Maker**Pay:** $26-32 per hour, depending on experience**Schedule:** Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMThe RV Cabinet Maker is responsible for producing quality custom cabinetry in a timely manner and operating all traditional classical woodworking machinery safely and competently.**Responsibilities*** Collaborate with the Guest, Project Designers, and the Production Team to make design decisions and transform the Guest’s vision into reality in their Airstream travel trailer.* Build custom cabinetry in units according to specifications.* Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.* Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.* Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery.* Efficient use of a sliding table saw as well as standard table saws.* Operate an edge bander, drill press, band saw, router table, etc.* Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.* Cut and assemble custom cabinetry, install door and drawer fronts, and mill and sand custom molding packages.* May cross train to perform other duties.**Skills and Qualifications*** Strong attention to detail* Excellent communication skills* Sense of urgency* Active listening* Critical thinking* Time management* Minimum of 5 years of laminate cabinetry experience is preferred* Solid surface countertop experience, a plus* Previous experience reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents* Use of power tools such as: band saws, sanders, foam and upholstery material cutting knives etc.* Previous experience with RVs a plus.* High School diploma preferred.**We offer best in class industry benefits:*** 80 Hours of PTO front loaded on your first day* Competitive pay* Medical, Dental and Vision Plans* Paid Holidays* Short and Long-Term Disability* Paid Life Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Lithia Learning Center* Vehicle Purchase Discounts* Wellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
