What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the dedicated billing liaison for a portfolio of our largest customers, ensuring a "white-glove" experience
Conduct monthly or quarterly billing reviews with stakeholders to discuss charges, usage data, and credits
Lead the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams for root cause analysis
Manage the submission of invoices into client-specific vendor portals to ensure timely processing
Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and perform soft collections with a customer-service mindset
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts
Experience interpreting complex contracts and converting terms into billing logic
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with billing/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with vendor procurement portals is a strong plus
Previous experience in financial onboarding of enterprise clients
Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
