Role Description Sales & Relationship Building. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hopkinton, MA, for an Inside/Outside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, delivering engaging sales presentations, and building strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, developing new business opportunities, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Represent our products and services with confidence, backed by solid customer insights and product knowledge
Generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups
Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to final signature
Customize and deliver compelling proposals and product quotes
Develop a structured sales action plan to hit growth targets
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Communication & Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to align customer needs with operational excellence
Deliver top-tier service that resolves issues, earns trust, and keeps clients coming back
Provide regular reports on lead activity, quotes, wins, and competitor insights
Use CRM system to track accounts, log activity, and fuel smart decision-making
Strategy & Smarts
Identify market trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on them
Suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback
Conduct basic financial analysis to support business decisions
Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
Strong skills in Relationship Building and fostering client connections
Proficiency in Customer Service and client support management
Effective Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly
Proactive and results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals
Familiarity with material handling or logistics industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
