Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NV, for a Key Sales Associate. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and drive sales through personalized service and product knowledge. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales goals, building positive relationships with customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the success of the team through training, mentorship, and effective communication. You will also lead by example and support the team in achieving store objectives. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide personalized experiences Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in Training and Sales Management, with the capability to mentor and support team members Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in customer interactions High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
