
Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, highly motivated sales professional with a talent for strategically guiding prospects through the rental journey. As a skilled “closer,” you’ll cultivate a strong, high-quality pipeline in one of the most exciting industries today. Your impact will be key in elevating Goss RV as the premier choice for luxury RV buying, renting, and selling.
Each day, you’ll connect with inbound leads, uncover their unique travel aspirations, and confidently demonstrate how Goss RV delivers an exceptional, unmatched experience. Your ability to build trust, communicate value, and convert interest into bookings will be at the center of our continued growth and success. Bas+ commisions (OTE $90k-$120k year 1)
Key Areas of Responsibility
Inbound Lead Management – Responsible for initiating contact with a potential client in a timely manner. Quickly and efficiently qualify, and convert the lead into an opportunity, or Closed Lost.
Research & Preparation - Responsible for knowing the coach inventory for rentals and sales and staying attuned with trip destination trends. It's a must to research & prepare sales materials for each Sales Opportunity such as build sheet, maintenance records, rental program information, pictures, and video.
Pipeline Management - Responsible for generating and nurturing sales opportunities through various sales channels. This includes reaching previously lost business and retaining previously won clients.
Execute Sales Events - Work with the sales team to create, organize, and execute sales focused events such as RV Shows, Boat Shows, and other networking events.
Assist Sales Strategy & Implementation - Assist in building and implementing short-term and long-term sales strategy alongside the Motorcoach Experience Manager. Identify key markets and targets to best grow the market.
Implement outreach campaigns using text messages, e-mail, phone calls, etc.
Update CRM/Hubspot with daily client communication
Effectively manage leads and close deals to hit monthly revenue goals
Create customized proposals for each client based on the desired coach and trip
Stay connected to the client throughout their experience to ensure excellence.

Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated ability to build value for the client, negotiate, and close deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated drive for personal growth and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience working with a CRM
