Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key categories including smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the foodservice channels (i.e. grocery, government, retail, foodservice, etc.) Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape. Qualifications

Experience in food sales, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories. Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts. Proven track record of sales growth and account management success. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability/willingness to travel. This position includes travel and is based in Mequite TX when not traveling. We are not offering a relocation package.
