Manhattan Beer and Beverage Distributors now has 1.5 million square feet of warehouse space, distribution rights to 300 brands, 400 trucks, and services 15 counties. Our aim is to provide excellent service to all our customers, from convenience store owners to large chain operators, restaurants, bars, and hotels. This position supports the branch management team in maximizing product sales, increasing distribution, and improving profitability. You will assist in servicing and developing accounts to meet branch goals and ensure compliance with company policies. Your Main Focus Will Be:
Achieving route sales volume and distribution goals. Maintaining proper call sequences and frequencies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Utilizing promotional programs and company resources effectively across all trade channels. Proper placement and use of POS materials in all accounts. Executing cooler and shelf resets to maximize sales and space utilization. Securing new business opportunities and closing account or distribution gaps. Completing administrative and financial reports promptly. Following QA procedures for product handling and rotation. Using the RAMP Survey process to identify sales opportunities. Developing daily pre-plans with specific sales objectives for each account. Position Requirements:
Degree preferred. Valid Driver's License and vehicle. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Ability to lift heavy objects regularly. 1-2 years of retail sales experience. Experience in merchandising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills. Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Salary: $46,000. Reimbursement for vehicle use is provided. Benefits are available.
