What You’ll Do

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with various teams within your geography to meet or exceed revenue and product goals.

Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, compile Account Plan documents for prospective clients, describe existing products and services, and maintain a current prospective business report.

Market – Conduct Market Research. Develop prospective client sources, use multiple communication mediums, utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies, identify and target competitive prospects, and expand knowledge of product capabilities versus competitors.

Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, and work with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint opportunities and relationships.

To Succeed in This Role

5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, specifically in the Healthcare Vertical.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP\'s competitors is an asset.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some roles include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days, Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 - USD $121,500.00 per year.

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
