Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry. This Inside Sales Representative role is an in-office, bilingual (Spanish) position with a base pay and uncapped commissions. Earn up to $25-$35/hour.
In addition to the base pay, the role offers potential commissions and the opportunity to contribute to a growing national brand that unifies several trusted home renovation companies.

About This Role
Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert up to 40%—no more cold calls
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Schedule availability
Mon-Fri: 12pm to 9pm
At least one weekend day: Sundays 10am-7pm and Saturdays 11am-8pm
Key Qualifications
At least one (1) year experience in call center sales
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
Ability to type 30 WPM or more
Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
High School Diploma or equivalent
