Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, self-driven

New Business Sales Lead Generator (B2B)

to expand our commercial client base. This is a

true hunter role —the company does not provide leads. You will be responsible for identifying, creating, and developing your own sales opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through close.

This role requires flexibility and a modern sales mindset. While some in-person outreach is expected, success in this position relies heavily on networking, relationship building, and digital prospecting through platforms like LinkedIn and other social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Independently generate and develop new business opportunities through networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations

LinkedIn outreach and social selling

Cold calling, email prospecting, and follow-up campaigns

Select in-person outreach and site visits

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective commercial clients

Maintain an active, professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to engage prospects and build brand visibility

Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess facility needs and gather information for customized proposals

Prepare, present, and explain detailed service proposals

Consistently follow up with prospects to address questions, overcome objections, and close deals

Maintain strong professional relationships and represent the company positively in the market

Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and reporting tools

Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions, which may occur in the evenings or on weekends

Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client meetings, networking opportunities, and sales activity

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (service-based industry preferred)

Proven ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline independently

Comfortable networking both in person and online

Active and confident user of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional outreach

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, results-driven environment

Highly organized and comfortable managing a full sales cycle

Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools

Experience with commercial janitorial or facility services is a plus, but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
