The
On-Premise Account Manager
oversees all sales activities for accounts represented in their specific territory. It is the duty of the Account Manager to drive sales, push new products, and build new relationships with Pepin customers and accounts. This role will ensure the execution of sales strategies while learning new methods of on-premise product distribution within the territory. OPERATIONS/ADMINISTRATIVE
Report directly to Market Manager Ensure there is daily communication with Sales Team. Maintain company vehicle to PDC standards and report repair needs immediately to the Maintenance Shop. Maintain and monitor assigned POS and mail boxes to PDC standards Maintain Mobility route book with all required information including build ups, messages, notes for instruction Track all PFP/KPI/Mobility Surveys data during sales calls Monitor competitive promotional/pricing activities and report significant marketing strategies or beverage law violations to Mkt Manager Submit new account information and any changes to Data Processing Department Meet all T-com deadlines by 6:00 pm Attend all meetings, seminars, and training scheduled by management Adhere to all policies in PDC Employee Handbook Responsible for all equipment issued by Pepin Distributing Monitors no sale/cash only list weekly SALES AND MERCHANDISING
Take the initiative to build a positive relationship with all retail customers and exceed their sales, service and merchandising standards. Build displays, participate in cooler resets, perform Team Sells, execute sales routes and assist Mkt. Mgr. as needed May be called upon by management to perform other duties including check collection, BWA and Holiday weekends as required Develop product orders, meet all required QD’s, seek and maintain distribution on all brands and packages, strive for additional sales, displays and shelf space Responsible for quality control of all products in all accounts and manage movement of close coded products Educate and inform retailers on all current and upcoming sales promotions and execution of all chain programs and ad features Prep all accounts prior to delivery (i.e. back stock) Assist with damaged product in all accounts Monitor condition of paper and permanent POS and maintain current POS in vehicle Manage hot-shot delivery needs of retailers Maybe required to return back to all supermarkets on afternoons during high volume periods Responsible for participation and accurate documentation of all sales contests Maintain required call frequency for each account Responsible for attending special activities (i.e. grand openings, samplings, promotions, etc.) Review current sales information-including promotion bulletins, Mobility Collateral, IDIG, IRI, email Certified in Busch Selling Skills and any other required training Requirements
Must be able to push 300lbs dolly load and move 161lb kegs. Able and open to learning new software. Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time. Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-161lbs. Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly. Must be able to pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen. Must be able to shift to a manual transmission vehicle. Ability to learn new software. THE PERKS
