Job Description Summary Inhabit is seeking an Account Manager for its Nationwide Complaint (NWC) unit. Nationwide Compliant is a technology and service solution for enforcing lease compliance in the multi-family industry.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor. An account manager will advocate and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams with the goal of ensuring the client utilizes the Nationwide Compliant system to its fullest through quarterly business reviews and support. Our ideal candidate is able to anticipate client needs and offer creative and collaborative solutions through consultative regular outreach to their assigned portfolio of business.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Manage a book of existing clients
Create and present quarterly business reviews
Grow or increase penetration of Nationwide services (i.e. additional properties or locations)
Monitor and collect outstanding balances
Additional duties include support, direct sales and tradeshow sales, when applicable
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
Strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills required
Excellent remote and in-person presentation skills
Client focused attitude
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience supporting SaaS based products a plus
Previous on-site property management experience a plus

We have an in office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday
