Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and meeting sales targets, and leading a motivated and high-performing team. The Sales Manager will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize performance, and grow the business. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Experience in team management, leadership, and employee development
Knowledge of the automotive industry, including car sales, trading, and servicing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
Organizational and analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and improving operations
Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Previous experience in automotive sales or management is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
