Account Manager
to join our growing team at our St. Louis headquarters office. If you excel at developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and meeting key performance indicator (KPI) goals, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $60,000, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year total earnings between $65,000 and $80,000 Company-issued car that can also be used for personal use, along with a fuel card, insurance, and maintenance coverage Company-issued cell phone and tablet device Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays
Responsibilities
Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs Engaging with customers on-site on a daily basis Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development Coordinating the start-up of new accounts Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales A stable work history Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail
