NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED What You’ll Do
Learn how to sell electronic components in a structured, supported environment Manage national and international customer accounts Build long-term client relationships (not one-and-done sales) Work with internal teams to solve real supply-chain problems Negotiate deals and grow accounts over time We teach you how to sell. What we can’t teach is work ethic. What We’re Looking For
No prior sales experience required Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating clearly Competitive, disciplined, and coachable Willing to put in the work and learn a technical industry Thick skin, good attitude, and consistency Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $30,000 Commission: Uncapped Average rep earns $90,000–$130,000/year Health benefits after 90-day probationary period Schedule
Monday–Friday 7am–2pm No nights. No weekends.
