$75k base salary
After 6 Months:
100% commission (16-25% of gross profit)
First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE):
~$80k

Up to 50% travel ✈️ to client locations on the East Coast of California (ranging from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville, depending on where you're based).
Occasional office visits may be required .
