Overview and Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Executive Wound Care & Negative Pressure Therapy Sales. Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking driven and experienced Account Executives with a background in wound care or negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) to join our high-performing sales team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction. Conduct face-to-face sales calls with healthcare providers and referral sources. Educate clients on product benefits, patient outcomes, and service capabilities. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management. Promote Rotech's wound care and NPWT solutions, along with respiratory equipment and services. Perform other duties as assigned.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Employment is contingent on background check (company-wide). Results will be evaluated in accordance with applicable laws and individualized for the duties of the position. Drug screen (when applicable for the position). Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable for the position). Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position). Required Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred. Proven Sales Performer with 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new graduates welcome to apply. Independent & Resourceful; Excellent Communicator; Willingness to Travel; CRM experience a plus. Skills: Build relationships, communicate clearly in English, interpret medical terminology, maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, stay organized, work independently and as part of a team.
