Part-Time Field Sales Representative 5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm. Pay rate: $22.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be prepared to succeed in sales by connecting with people, earning extra income, and building foundational education and experience for future career growth. Responsibilities Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are. Interact with pre-scheduled customer appointments to meet and aim to surpass sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction, prioritizing the customer first.
Solve: Address and resolve customers’ tech issues with clear, understandable solutions that suit varying levels of tech knowledge. Ensure customers leave with a lasting, working resolution and a product that meets future tech needs.
Sell: Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions. Listen actively to identify needs and position products to meet those needs. Use negotiation and communication skills to close appropriate sales.
What you’ll bring to the team Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Customer service appointments are located in neighborhoods and cities surrounding your inventory warehouse. Maximum travel distance ~120 miles one-way.
Work a varied 5-day week schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A personal cellphone for on-the-job communication
Must be comfortable working around household pets
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills for career growth
Naturally outgoing and energized by human interaction
Note: Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand. Flexibility may be required.
Benefits and Perks Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly; earned pay can be accessed early
Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi-weekly
Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly
$35 phone stipend paid monthly
