Job Overview This Inside Sales & Service – Parts position is based at the Menomonee Falls Customer Center. The role includes sales support from inquiry to delivery: parts identification, quoting, order confirmation, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving. Experienced representatives support outside sales with lead generation, market intelligence, and current customer contact. Senior representatives may be assigned to Special Projects, requiring hands‑on supervision of highly complex orders and external coordination.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, services, and parts.
Assist customers with parts identification and generate quotes to ensure successful conversion to orders.
Manage orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.
Act as key customer contact to provide information through the complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.
Mentor peers and share best practices with less experienced team members.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the order process is complete and error‑free.
Manage outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively.
Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and operate forklift in the Parts Warehouse within compliance.
Maintain all paperwork, purchase orders, and other records to respond to customer inquiries timely and meet internal process requirements.
Prepare all sales and activity reports, presentations, studies, and research as requested.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required.
2+ years of relevant experience required.
Position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. Employees regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift or move 40+ lbs.

Preferences
Bachelor's Degree preferred and will be considered in lieu of experience.
Technical background highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; navigation of internal software programs will be needed after hire.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Forklift certification a plus, but not required (we’ll certify you!).
Travel & Work Arrangements This position is based onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5‑10%).
