Overview
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on generating qualified leads for the company through both internal initiatives and external digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be confident in client-facing meetings, skilled in launching and managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, and collaborative in working with internal teams to drive ROI and company growth. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, text message campaigns, and CRM-driven outreach strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals and optimize campaign performance. Participate in client meetings to understand goals, present strategies, and report on campaign results. Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics to ensure objectives are met. Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends. Achieve and exceed quarterly lead generation and campaign performance objectives. Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation across multiple channels. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email/text marketing platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and optimize for ROI. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and long-term partnerships. Strong time-management skills with the flexibility to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. A relentless drive for success in digital marketing, with a commitment to continuous improvement. A forward-thinking approach to process optimization and problem-solving. A team-oriented mindset, focusing on both personal and professional growth. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related fields. Experience in B2B marketing and working with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and advanced campaign tracking. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, X ads, email marketing, Monday.com and HubSpot.
