Our Oxnard, CA facilities are state-of-the-art and spread across 500,000 sq ft. Role Description
This is a full-time role for a District Sales Manager, who is a hard-working self-starter residing in the District. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business in their assigned district and delivering sales targets through the development and management of existing key accounts and the acquisition of new customers. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, collaborating with team members and internal staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The district consists of North Florida. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the Pool or Spa industry or related industries Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and team members Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and remotely Travel required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Featured benefits
