Bath Center – Seattle, WA Bath Center is experiencing strong, consistent growth and is seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our in-home sales team in the Seattle market. This role is designed for a proven sales leader who understands how to drive revenue, develop talent, and deliver predictable results in a high-volume, lead-driven environment. With quality leads, premium products, and expert installation, this position offers meaningful earning potential for a manager who leads from the front and understands the numbers behind the business. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of In-Home Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals

Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure quality and conversion potential

Assist sales representatives in the field with live calls, objection handling, and closing support

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective action when needed

Handle and close cancel-save appointments to protect revenue

Work with the rehash manager to re-engage missed opportunities and improve close rates

Lead structured sales meetings and training sessions focused on performance improvement

Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives

Qualifications

Priorsuccessful home improvement sales experience , preferably within a

One-Day Bath or One-Day Remodel model

2+ years of sales management experience

with a track record of consistent results

Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset

Ability to analyze sales data and manage by the numbers

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with iPad-based presentations and electronic contracting systems
