Summary
The Administrator TPL Sales and Business Development will contribute to expanding the company's freight forwarding services by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an opportunity to further develop expertise in freight forwarding and gain leadership experience while working closely with senior management.
Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Support Support & provide direction with RFI's & RFQ's
Set up Ops work in alignment with sales work before Ops starts
Assist in identifying new business opportunities in freight forwarding, including air and ocean freight, drayage, CHB and OTR services
Support senior business development managers in meeting sales targets by actively engaging in client meetings, negotiations (customers/carriers), and constructing proposals
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs including preparation of QBR's
Assist in on-boarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and sustainable startup
Support prospecting new customers and qualifying leads for outside sales
Market Research and Analysis Provide market intelligence reports and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings
Reviewing Market rate & gathering so that Upper management can analyze it & develop new customers
Collaborate closely with the HOG to understand and execute the global & US business strategy
Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management
Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and that financial goals are met
Coordinate with operations to manage freight shipments, resolve logistical challenges, and meet client expectations
Compensation
$64,000-$70,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selected)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean due to extremely high volume of communication with customers/vendors in Korea Required
Intermediate-level MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Database Management Required
Problem-solving and critical thinking ability Required

Understanding of the Full Range of Freight Forwarding Services, including movement, scheduling, monitoring and control services, cost optimization, and various industry specific requirements Required
Able to establish business plan and proceed new business developments and projects Required
Must be proficient with PC's Required
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree Required
4 - 8 years of direct experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management Required
5 - 10 years of experience in Business Sales and Management and Business Development Preferred
Physical Requirements
