Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving the sales process, and achieving sales targets through direct sales of our products and services within a defined region. This role requires a strong background in sales, market analysis, and account management. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, this is the role for you! Salary: $75k - $110k per year Bonus: 25% Annually Benefits: Company car, remote working Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives as the Regional Sales Manager. Assist in establishing sales budgets and forecasting for the region. Achieve key sales metrics and objectives as the Regional Sales Manager. Oversee the quote process and ensure timely product quotations. Manage CRM tools to maintain and monitor the sales pipeline as the Regional Sales Manager. Drive the lean enterprise system in sales processes to ensure efficiency and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on customer needs. Explore new markets and identify leads, converting opportunities into real business as the Regional Sales Manager. Collaborate with Aftermarket sales, EPC’s, OEM’s, and capital equipment business development. Required Skills/Competencies:

Strong sales and market analysis skills. Excellent business development and prospecting skills. Key account management experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English required; bilingual a plus). Ability to lead with our Core Values and Leadership Competencies. Proficiency in sales and marketing SOP’s and adherence to corporate SOP’s. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a structured and proactive manner to optimize sales efficiency. Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

Accredited University Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in sales and sales management, specifically in technical equipment sales. Proven success in managing a regional sales territory with a minimum of $2+ million in annual sales revenue. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other sales tools. Experience in a lean and/or six sigma environment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
