Do: Develop andutilizeknowledge of Yardi Investment Suite products,industry, and competition to present value propositions to prospects and/orclients, develop a sufficient pipeline, and meet individual sales goals. Build andmaintainstrong relationships withclients and prospects in your assigned territory while activelyrepresentingYardi at relevant marketingevents. Prepareaccurateperformance reports andcontinuously develop productexpertiseand industry best-practiceknowledge to support informed, consultative selling. Utilize internal CRM diligently, recording all client and/orprospectactivities, sales opportunities, and forecasts pertraining guidelines. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in thetechnology or software industry Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles,including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, andpositioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) toolsto track and manageprospectand client activity Goal oriented and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Proactive with strong problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and interface with decisionmakers at mid-sized companies Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Ability to understand anddemonstratetechnical products Excellent written and oral communication skills High responsiveness with client-centered commitment andfocus Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multipletasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills ProficiencywithMicrosoft Office applications Ability to travel up to 25% Ideal to Have: Industry experience in property management Knowledge of accounting principles Real Estate runs on Yardi.
