Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, CA, for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include 40+ outgoing customer contact, managing sales activities, developing new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets monthly sales goals
Assists in Managing and growing existing accounts through daily telephone cold calling & following up on prior calls
Assists account managers within their territories
Develops and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
Assists, Educates and upsells clients company products and services, as well as occasional visits as needed.
Identifies revenue opportunities through communications, programs and other activities as needed
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
Tracks and communicates progress of metrics
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customers to other staff members
May Travel
Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and data manipulation; within a warehouse environment preferred
Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment with general supervision
Proficient English abilities required
Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
