
Job Function: Commercial Sales – Account Executive
Primary Location: Onsite – Alpharetta, Ga
Compensation: Non-Exempt – $22-$25/hour + commission

Position Summary: The Commercial Sales Account Executive (AE) shall contribute by generating sales for the company. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. AE will build a book of business based off region/territory, internal customers for business development and dormant customers as primary focus. An effective AE must be an excellent communicator and have superior selling and people skills. They will be required to and must be comfortable presenting products or services, working independently, being a self-starter, making pricing decisions, dealing with challenges and resolving product, pricing and collection issues over the phone. Customer delight is essential.
Contacting dormant/lapsed customers / new prospects and managing geographical territory
Supporting the company order management system – V2.
Assisting in resolving customer complaints and disputes
Providing information to customers
Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
Sell of all company products and services
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Other Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, Customer Service Representative or related positions.
Must pass background check and drug screening
Familiar with CRM (HubSpot Preferred) and MS Office programs
Good team player
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams, customers, banks, and vendors
Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities
