Valvitalia S.p.A., leading company in the Oil & Gas and Fire Fighting Equipment sectors, is looking for an:

Area Sales & Business Development Manager

with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in engineered valve and actuation solutions for upstream, midstream, and downstream applications.

Based in Houston, Texas, responsible for sales and business development activities across the U.S. market, with a strong focus on EPC contractors and end users.

Demonstrated experience supporting major U.S. and international EPCs, oil majors, and independent operators, contributing to projects from early specification and FEED phases through contract award and execution. Recognized for building and maintaining effective professional relationships with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, project management, and operations functions.

Strong technical and commercial competence in engineered valve solutions, including ball, gate, globe, check, and butterfly valves, as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuation systems for critical Oil & Gas applications, Power Generation. Solid knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards, with experience delivering technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions aligned with project requirements.

Proven capability in market development, key account management, and channel and representative network support, with a focus on strengthening market presence and supporting sustainable growth initiatives. Open to connecting with EPC professionals, end users, manufacturers, and industry partners across the Oil & Gas value chain.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree required - Technical or Engineering discipline preferred.

10+ years' sales experience to the Oil and Gas market.

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.

Proven ability to sell at ‘C’ Level and Senior Management Levels.

Proven ability to work with technical resources and sales management.

Strong ability to interface with all levels of personnel, executive management, customers, company Business Partners and Sales Teams.

Willing to travel as required up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Prior management experience in similar position.

Consolidated experience in the Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Onshore, Offshore.

Problem solving, able to identify process inefficiencies and related solutions.
