Responsibilities
Assist in managing the lifecycle of M&A transactions, including coordination of internal stakeholders during diligence and integration planning
Maintain and track deal pipeline activities and documentation across multiple stages of the deal process
Support project planning for acquisition execution and integration workstreams across various departments
Schedule and facilitate key meetings, diligence sessions, and internal reviews while tracking action items
Contribute to improving corporate development and M&A playbooks, templates, and project management processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or internal corporate development/M&A support
Strong organizational and project management skills
Understanding of M&A processes and transaction phases (diligence, negotiation, close, integration)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to M&A deal flow in tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects
Familiarity with post-merger integration best practices
