Product Design Opportunity As a member of our product design team, you’ll take ownership of a Secureframe product area. You’ll be involved in the entire product development process – from early research and visioning to adjusting pixels to launching. You’ll define and refine our design system, influence team culture, and iterate on design processes from critiques to workshops.
Location & Work Model This is a
hybrid role based in New York City , with an expectation to be
in NYC two days per week
for collaboration and team meetings. Candidates must be able to
reliably commute to NYC
as part of their regular work schedule.

What You’ll Do
Deeply understand and solve complex problems
Design simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight our customers
Oversee overall user experience for the product area you own
Iterate on our design principles, style guide, and processes
Work closely with engineers and product managers to solve ambiguous user challenges
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with the product team
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products that customers love
Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating UX design and adoption of user-centered design principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think holistically while simultaneously obsessing over the details
Passion for working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
