You run casting and campaigns with mini-launch discipline and clean trackers. You’re a creator too—you own an active channel, understand hooks and retention, and show up on camera as a real face of Be LOVE™. You protect the brand, keep disclosures clean, and move fast. You connect people, remember details, and keep the energy warm and organized. You balance taste with targets, ship on time, and turn formats into programs that grow. About the Role
Be LOVE is looking for a passionate, results-driven Senior Brand Creator, Culture & Growth Ambassador to serve as the authentic, full-time face of the brand. This role merges Brand Ambassadorship, High-Volume Content Creation, strategic execution, and analytical reporting, working across organic and paid channels to make influencer marketing a key brand and business driver. What You’ll Do
Source, vet, and maintain a roster of brand-fit creators with strong audience quality and clear rates. Run ongoing outreach to new and existing creators and ambassadors to grow the Be LOVE™ network. Act as a brand evangelist and pitch fresh, platform-native ways to feature Be LOVE™ through creators. Draft airtight briefs with objective, hook, proof points, claims, dos and don’ts, and disclosure guidance. Negotiate packages, timelines, usage terms, and deliverables with creators and agents. Coordinate with Brand and Studio on assets and claim checks so concepts stay clear and on-brand. Manage product seeding end to end with Ops and the warehouse, including special mailers and delivery tracking. Issue and verify links, codes, UTMs, and pixels before launch to ensure clean measurement. Collect ad authorization and usage rights, log terms and expirations, and pass files to Paid for boosts. Track deliverables and communications in a live tracker and keep Finance synced on POs and payments. Monitor performance and publish weekly reads with keep, pause, scale and the next assets we need. Roll weekly inputs into a monthly KPI report for CTR, CPA, GMV, and save/share rate. What You Bring
3+ years in social or influencer ops with hands-on posting and booking. Active creator presence with public links and recent performance examples. Platform-native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and comfort in each backend. Brief writing that creators actually use and enjoy. Tracker discipline with links, codes, IDs, rights windows, and clean naming. FTC disclosure basics and working knowledge of claims safety and platform policies. Clear written comms and creator bedside manner that gets to yes without drama. Organized under weekly keep-pause-scale cadences with Buyers and Performance. Culture antenna and the ability to spot formats before they peak. Tools you know: TikTok and Instagram Creator Marketplaces, YouTube Studio, GRIN or Captiv8 or impact.com, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, basic edit tools. Helpful degrees: Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Media—or equivalent experience with a portfolio and metrics that prove it.
