Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards for performance metrics within the Explorer market
Execute data pulls from various systems to support market analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
Perform day-to-day market management tasks, including documentation and communication
Assist with high-impact projects and strategic market initiatives
Support event planning and coordination for internal and external market-based activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in operations or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management and strategic problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com for data management
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare operations or value-based care
Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats
