The Presidio Specialist, Services and Subscription Renewals
is responsible for driving growth in Presidio's OEM service contract renewals by building strategic relationships with clients, driving expansion opportunities, and upselling to strategic premium offerings. The role provides high-touch engagement with a select group of clients and manages the renewal business through the lifecycle, including tracking renewal timelines, creating renewal quotes/proposals, participating in Services EA opportunities, managing data throughout the term, and processing renewal orders. The Specialist works directly with Account Executives, clients, and OEMs, and cooperates with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the renewals practice. This position requires an autonomous professional who owns customer challenges, applies creative problem solving, removes barriers with solutions, and ensures customer success through effective solution delivery. Responsibilities
Maintain subject matter expertise in OEM offerings and buying programs Proactively manage all OEM renewals and timelines for targeted accounts (excluding Cisco) Review renewals for upsell opportunities, position new offers, and create and present quotes/proposals Participate in internal and external/OEM strategy meetings related to renewal (e.g., multi-year, transition to Enterprise Agreements and additional strategic programs) Participate in customer-facing meetings to present offerings, address questions, and drive opportunities to closure Review and reconcile end-user hardware/software inventory for contract and proposal accuracy Triage third-party services related questions and issues Liaise with cross-functional teams including Asset Management, Data Warehouse, and Inside Sales to promote overall account success Accurately forecast renewals pipeline in conjunction with Account Executives Collaborate with manufacturer reps to secure best pricing, ensure timely renewals and accurate forecasting Prepare and process orders utilizing internal tools Track orders to completion, escalate as required, and ensure accurate booking Review and maintain internal install base reporting to drive improved accuracy and on-time renewals Be the primary point of contact to procurement for all contract-related questions Data entry for contract-related items and asset management as needed Provide client-specific custom reporting as needed Complete accountability for issue resolution on all contract and asset customer challenges Triage requests from customer procurement to provide initial solutions Coordinate lifecycle activities including quote, order, invoicing, taxing, and shipping to resolve discrepancies Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to clients as required Required Skills and Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience Ability to work jointly with cross-functional teams Multitasking and attention to detail Organization and time management Ability to develop relationships Strong problem-solving skills Personal accountability for customer outcomes Superior customer service and relationship skillset Self-driven and highly motivated Creativity to solve customer challenges Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS applications Preferred Skills and Professional Experience
