Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance user experience.
Drive critical metrics including loss ratio, retention, and conversion rates.
Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations on performance and strategy.
Scale operations to reach targets of 50M customers and $10B revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Operations Research).
7+ years of management consulting experience from top‑tier firms.
Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
