
Responsible for optimizing e-cig sales operation system, leading the sales ops team, driving sales efficiency improvement, coordinating cross-departmental work, analyzing sales data, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all operations.
Build and optimize sales operation SOPs, including order, channel and inventory management.
Lead the sales ops team, set KPI, conduct performance review and improve team capability.
Analyze sales data, output analysis reports and provide data support for sales strategy.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and compliance teams to solve operational pain points.
Track sales target completion, analyze gaps and put forward improvement plans.
Abide by e-cig industry regulations and ensure standardized operation of business.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business, Marketing or related fields.
7+ years of sales operations experience, 3+ years of team management experience; e-cig/FMCG background preferred.
Proficient in data analysis tools, good at data-driven operational optimization.
Excellent team leadership, cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for daily work.
Experience in e-cig overseas sales operations.
Familiar with e-cig industry compliance requirements.
