This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, giving you hands-on exposure to how an innovative tech company builds demand, wins new customers, and expands region by region. You’ll be focused on sales in the field—supporting events, engaging local industry groups, and partnering closely with sales to turn awareness into pipeline. Essential Functions: You’ll support demand creating and brand presence in assigned metro regions across the nation by helping execute local marketing programs, events, and sales support activities. You will: Design and lead regional field marketing programs including events, sponsorships, regional marketing programs, and outreach programs for customers and prospects Spearhead participation in BOMA (a commercial real estate association) and other local groups, including membership program activation, participation in key events, and sponsorship logistics Assist with planning and executing events such as lunch-and-learns, roundtables and trade shows Build and maintain lists of local property owners, operators and management companies new to our business Customize and deliver field-ready sales collateral Capture and track event leads, supporting timely handoff and follow-up with sales Manage leads, target prospects, and program outcomes using Salesforce and Hubspot What Success Looks Like Create field marketing program plans and outcomes that align with sales outcomes Presence in local associations is continuous and generates relationships and brand awareness Events run smoothly and feel professional Sales teams have what they need before events—no last-minute scrambling Local contact lists and event leads are growing and usable You’re becoming a trusted right hand to the sales team Essential Qualifications & Experience: Have 5-7 years of marketing, events or sales support experience Have a background or relevant experience in field marketing, sales enablement or B2B marketing Are comfortable being out in the field occasionally—not just behind a screen Job Requirements You don’t need to know everything on day one—but you should be wired to get things done. You’ll be successful in this role if you: Create marketing plans with defined programs, events and outcomes Prioritize work and create project plans while managing multiple deadlines Are organized and have a strong eye for detail, especially around logistics and follow-through Are comfortable writing value-based content sales can use, including emails, one-pagers, and event follow-ups—both with and without AI tools Are proactive and collaborative, comfortable connecting with colleagues, asking for input, and driving plans forward Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership What We Offer Competitive salary and bonuses based on achievable goals. Target bonus: 5–10% of base salary Paid based on achievement of agreed-upon sales goals, lead value and marketing-attributed deal support performance Designed to align field marketing efforts with revenue outcomes—not individual quotas Compensation is based on experience, skills, and role alignment. This structure rewards collaboration with sales while keeping the role focused on execution, learning, and growth. This role will be a hybrid position. Travel: Requires up to 25% travel, including in-territory and national cities, in conjunction with local events and territory co-prospecting activities.
