WHAT YOU WILL DO
Learn our proven sales process from experienced managers and mentors
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options
Learn how to structure and present numbers professionally
Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale
Work with management, finance, and service teams to create a smooth buying experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing personality
Willingness to learn and take coaching
Motivated by goals and income opportunities
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone experience is a plus
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
