Elmhurst is currently recruiting for a new team member to join our Marketing Department.

As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and projects across Elmhurst. You’ll oversee campaign delivery from concept through to evaluation, optimise channel performance, and ensure communications consistently reflect our professional, high‑quality brand.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and the wider marketing team, you’ll help meet increasing organisational demand, support the launch and growth of new and existing schemes/software, and strengthen reporting and optimisation capabilities.

What can I expect to do in the role? In this role, you will plan and deliver marketing campaigns and projects from the initial brief through to launch, and you will review performance afterwards to understand what worked well and what can be improved. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand their requirements, agree priorities and timelines, and keep activity moving forward smoothly.

You will create and coordinate marketing content across channels such as email, website, and digital campaigns, ensuring everything is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the Elmhurst brand. You will also track campaign performance, report on results such as engagement and ROI, and use insights to optimise future activity.

Where appropriate, you will run tests and post‑campaign analysis to improve effectiveness and share learning with the wider team. Finally, you will support the development of customer and member insight, including personas, to help ensure marketing is well targeted and relevant.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role

Proven experience supporting and delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns

Confidence managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and using insight to improve outcomes

Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

A proactive, organised approach and a “test, learn, improve” mindset

While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

A marketing‑related degree

Experience with PPC and/or SEO

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
