Marketing Coordinator Commercial Real Estate Technology | Transactional Marketing Our client is a leading commercial real estate technology platform that brings institutional assets to market through a modern, digital auction model. Unlike traditional CRE marketing, this platform operates on short, defined sale timelines that demand precise execution, strong copy, and highly targeted buyer engagement. The environment closely resembles ecommerce style marketing with fast launches, full funnel campaigns, and rapid iteration. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support asset level marketing, buyer communications, and platform initiatives across live transactions. You’ll work closely with marketing, deal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on time execution. This role offers hands on exposure to transactional marketing with room to grow into more creative and strategic responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do Support marketing execution for assets launching on the platform, including setup, go live readiness, and QA Write and edit copy for emails, asset descriptions, and platform content, adapting messaging by asset type and audience Execute and QA full funnel email campaigns tied to live transactions and auctions Create and update marketing templates, pitch materials, and campaign assets using design tools Support organic social media, brand campaigns, and conference or event marketing Assist with reporting, process documentation, and workflow optimization Coordinate across deal teams, brokers, and internal stakeholders to keep timelines on track What We’re Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe, or Canva Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable learning new platforms and processes Experience in transactional, platform, or e-commerce style marketing is a plus This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution heavy marketing, tight timelines, and working close to live deals while building a strong foundation in modern, performance driven marketing.
