Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Professional located in Nashville, TN. The Hotel Sales Professional will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include preparing sales reports, hosting site visits, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, including business development and client relationship-building Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools Experience in hospitality or hotel industry sales is highly preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly desired
