About Right Click Management
Right Click is a full-service artist and talent management company repping some of the most compelling voices across music and entertainment. We believe in doing things differently talent-first, detail-obsessed, and always creatively driven. Whether we’re building out a song campaign or launching a new brand collab, our north star is helping our clients make the best art possible and getting it in front of the people who need to hear it.
The Role
We're looking for an
Influencer Marketing Manager
with a strong pulse on culture, creators, and how to move music through the internet. This person will lead end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns — from music seeding and creative outreach, to tracking impact and managing relationships. You’ll work closely with artist teams, managers, and marketing partners to bring songs and stories to life across social platforms.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out kind of job. It’s fast, collaborative, always changing — and ideal for someone who lives and breathes music, internet culture, and the creator economy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own influencer campaign strategy and execution across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with a heavy emphasis on song seeding and UGC growth
Manage and expand a network of creators across niche and mainstream audiences
Pitch songs and campaigns to creators with tact, clarity, and creative ideas while repping the artist’s voice and teams vision
Track performance, engagement, and creator feedback in real time to iterate and scale
Work with internal teams to coordinate rollouts and make sure influencer efforts align with overall marketing plans
Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging creators that align with our clients
Jump in on brainstorms for broader marketing concepts, partnerships, and release ideas
Maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and brand partners — we’re big on long-term connections, not one-off transactions
Develop and maintain systems to manage, track, and report on campaigns.
You Are...
Deeply fluent in creator/influencer culture, especially as it relates to music
Organized as hell seriously, your spreadsheets should have spreadsheets lol
A creative thinker who knows how to sell ideas without being spammy
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, across time zones and talent types
Experienced in artist marketing, social media, or creator management (2+ years minimum)
A solid communicator, both over email and in a group brainstorm
Reliable, self-starting, and a low-ego team player
Based in LA or open to relocating, this role benefits from in-person energy and relationships
Bonus Points If You...
Have experience running influencer programs tied to DSPs or music releases
Have worked with both major label and indie teams
Can provide examples of past campaigns you've run or creators you've worked with
Know your way around music trends and can predict what’s about to pop
