Responsibilities
Provides marketing support for brand, service line, and access marketing initiatives by collaborating with direct team members, stakeholders and leaders across the system
Project manages omnichannel brand and marketing campaigns inclusive of video, digital, social media, email, out-of-home and print
Collaborates with team members and key stakeholders on pre-planning tasks for marketing campaigns, collecting data and understanding the goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines for each project
Creates and organizes campaign plans inclusive of creative and project briefs, audience segmentation, geographic targeting, flight dates, budgets, KPIs and reporting metrics
Tracks, records, and updates marketing plan activities and assets using project management software
Creates and maintains reports for all marketing and branding project lists, campaigns and promotional activities
Ensures all materials adhere to HHC branding guidelines
Participates with the Director to determine and support key initiatives for strategic brand and marketing initiatives
Collaborates with other teams including digital marketing, social media, internal communications, media relations, events, IT and strategic planning
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience:
3-5 years of marketing/branding, project management, account management, or related capabilities
Experience and understanding of marketing and advertising channels including streaming, digital, social and traditional channels
Experience working on or with a creative team. Understanding of advertising sizes and specifications a plus.
Experience developing omnichannel marketing campaigns from planning to execution
