Marketing Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Corporate Marketing and Communications We are seeking a visionary FP&A leader to serve as a chief architect of financial intelligence for our Marketing & Communications organization. In this high-impact, empowered role, you won’t just report on the business—you will shape it by building the analytical models and forecasting frameworks that drive our investment strategy. Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field Familiarity with academic medicine setting and NYC healthcare landscape Required Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Insights in a Marketing or in a customer-centric tech company, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related setting Advanced knowledge in the end-to-end data science pipeline from data ingestion and cleaning to experimenting with modeling to investigate anomalies or downtrends, detect patterns, and project future trends Experience in establishing the best practices for developing and managing documentation for system use, data ingestion, warehouse management, and providing analytics on a standard cadence A proven track record of creating frameworks to show opportunities, risks and other success metrics related to business and developing multi-year roadmaps with key milestones Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions through excellent written and verbal communication skills with data driven storytelling showcased in presentation decks Proficiency in writing complex and efficient queries including SQL for data extraction and DAX for data management in Power BI Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
