Harness a strong passion for discovery, client's goals, and KPIs
Be able to draft strategic creative solutions with a keen eye to circle back to those project goals throughout the process
Ability to showcase project metrics and KPIs post event via goals
Coordinate and manage planning for a wide variety of clients
Oversight on virtual and live events
Source and manage venues and vendors
Coordinate timelines, schedules and logistics
Oversee attendee and sponsorship management
Manage project teams, contractors and event staff
Create and own necessary production documents
Develop and maintain budgets
Sponsor/partner outreach and management
Liaise with clients and help enhance relationships
Develop and manage proposals for prospective clients
Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Be the most organized person you know
About You
5-10 years of producer/project management experience (agency experience a must)
Positive can-do attitude, with no task too big or too small
Creative, tactical, a problem-solver and a self-starter
Strong communication skills – both written and oral
Comfortable working in a team environment, both taking and giving direction
Hard working, and recognize this business does not have set hours
Willing to travel
Incredibly resourceful
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (other computer programming and creative editing software is a plus)
Excellent computer (Mac preferred) and internet research skills
Detail oriented and extremely organized
Ability to successfully multi-task, and take full ownership of assigned projects
