
Digital Marketing Coordinator-Growth & Engagement

This role requires daily on-property presence and does not offer remote work arrangements.
Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing strategies focused on guest growth and engagement across email, CRM, SEO, SMS, push notifications, and app-based campaigns. This position is responsible for campaign deployment, audience segmentation, performance reporting, and supporting digital content updates. Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and content fluency are required to ensure effective and timely campaign delivery.
Responsibilities Growth & Engagement Campaigns
Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and app-based marketing campaigns.
Create and manage automated guest journey workflows using CRM tools.
Maintain campaign calendars to ensure timely and accurate messaging.
Write and edit marketing copy for email, push, and SMS channels.
Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Manage subscriber lists and segmentation rules; perform regular audits.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR).
Conduct regular audits of guest attributes, segmentation, and the health of system data.
SEO & Web Content Management
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements.
Write and update website copy for events, promotions, and landing pages.
Use CMS templates to keep website information current and optimized.
Monitor and report on website metrics, including traffic and bounce rate.
Reporting & Analytics
Create performance dashboards and compile digital campaign results.
Track KPIs across all digital channels and make recommendations.
Summarize campaign insights and assist with leadership reporting.
Update website content by creating and revising promotional pages using approved templates and brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to meet campaign goals.
Support media and CRM teams with performance tracking.
Maintain project timelines using Asana or equivalent task management tools.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED. College degree, preferred.
3-5 years of demonstrated work experience supporting digital marketing, CRM systems, database administration, or related analytical/marketing functions.
Experience with process improvement systems, workflow design, and system administration.
Skills, Abilities & Competencies
Proficiency in email, SMS, and push campaign platforms.
Familiarity with marketing compliance requirements.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
Advanced understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
Manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate reports.
Working knowledge of CMS (e.g., WordPress); basic HTML a plus.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
Willing and available to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as business demands.
Work Environment This position supports a high-volume 24/7/365 casino-resort environment and requires working under the following conditions:
Exposure to secondhand smoke in designated casino areas.
Moderate to loud noise levels and flashing lights, consistent with a gaming environment.
Continuous operation in high-surveillance areas monitored by video for compliance, safety, and security.
Fast-paced work with frequent interruptions, high guest interaction, and shifting operational priorities.
Exposure to extreme and varied temperatures.
Regulatory And Compliance Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain a valid gaming license with the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission.
Attend required training sessions.
Perform duties in full compliance with applicable laws, internal controls, and casino policies.
Ensure minors are not permitted to gamble, loiter in gaming areas, consume alcohol, or purchase tobacco.
Maintain working knowledge of regulations, ordinances, and department procedures.
Consult internal control manuals as needed for guidance.
Report any suspected illegal activity to Security or management.
