Salary Range: $37,450.00 - $42,725.00 - $48,000.00

Location & Schedule

TMC Campus

5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.

Accurately provides information and instruction pertaining to the hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.

Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Associate's degree in related field.

Experience

Required:

Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.

Preferred:

Healthcare and/or Hospitality experience.
